Setup takes about as long as reading one newsletter, and it holds for the rest of the school year.
Point a rule in your mail app at the address ParentComms gives you. Both parents can forward the same notice, and it counts once.

One dated list, sorted by what happens first, with every event written into the calendar you already use.
This is a real class letter, marked where ParentComms finds something you have to act on.

The things a parent asks about on day two.
Mail waits safely in your inbox even when your credit runs to zero, and it processes as soon as you top up.
Approve one teacher or a whole school domain once, and everything from there flows straight through.
When both parents forward the same letter, ParentComms recovers the original sender and date, and charges for it once.
Credits cover each email read, each summary and each calendar entry. Top up when it suits you, and see every charge in the ledger.
Create an account, forward the next school letter, and see it come back as a list.
